Broan-NuTone SEPD Series exhaust fans are designed to improve indoor
air quality by efficiently removing stale air, excess moisture, and odours from
any room in the home, and can also provide continuous, whole-house ventilation.

Built-in Humidity Sensor: when the ambient humidity increases, the exhaust function can be
automatically turned on. It is also with a user adjustable set point (30%-80%
relative humidity) available.
Build-in Motion Sensor: automatically activates the fan when someone enters the room.
